By creating a household or using Cook as a Service (CookasaService), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Cook as a Service is a household kitchen manager: meal planning and voting, prep reminders, a guided cook-along, inventory and grocery lists, and community food content. The core household features are free. Some future features may be offered as paid tiers.

2. Your account and household

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. A household admin can add, remove, or change the role of other members of their own household, and can delegate the admin role. You may delete your own account at any time from your profile menu.

3. Community content

Anything you submit as a food experiment, review, or other user-generated content must be your own or something you have the right to share. We may review, edit, reject, or remove submitted content at our discretion, including via our verified reviewer program.

4. AI-generated content

Recipes, meal plans, cook-along steps, nutrition estimates, and other AI-assisted content are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. See our AI Disclaimer for details — it's incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. No liability for outcomes

We are not liable for any health outcome, allergic reaction, food-safety incident, financial loss (including from referred delivery/e-commerce partners), or other damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its suggestions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Third-party links

We may link or refer you to third-party delivery, quick-commerce, or e-commerce platforms. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or service quality.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
